Matty White

Matty White is a presenter, broadcaster and content creator working across live events, television, branded campaigns and digital media.

With a warm, conversational style and a natural ability to put people at ease, Matty has become a trusted host for everything from live events and celebrity interviews to branded campaigns and digital content. Equally comfortable on stage or on camera, he combines strong editorial instincts with an infectious enthusiasm that resonates with audiences.

Recent work includes interviewing artists on the BRIT Awards Manchester red carpet, covering the MTV EMAs, presenting the Manchester Food & Drink Awards and partnering with brands including Sainsbury’s, Baileys and Barracuda to create content across television and digital platforms.

Matty has interviewed an extraordinary range of people throughout his career, from Jason Momoa, Joe Wicks and Deliciously Ella to Yotam Ottolenghi, Raymond Blanc, Angela Hartnett and Tom Kerridge. His editorial work has also appeared in National Geographic and Fine Dining Lovers.

Widely recognised for his work with Manchester’s Finest, Matty has created hundreds of digital films celebrating the people, places and personalities behind the North West’s food and hospitality scene. His latest project, At The Bar, is a digital talk show featuring candid conversations with guests over drinks, where personality and conversation take centre stage. Previous series including Reading Bad Reviews have become favourites for their humour, warmth and unscripted moments.

Whether he’s chatting to a Hollywood actor, a Michelin-starred chef or the owner of a neighbourhood café, Matty approaches every interview with the same warmth, curiosity and genuine interest. It’s this ability to put people at ease instantly that leads to authentic, engaging and often unexpectedly revealing conversations.
